United Kingdom (PRnine - July 28, 2008) - It is confirmed that a group of Rebellious Medical Doctors in the United Kingdom have boldly broken away from the General Medical Council and lawfully started their very own Medical Profession.
Headed by Highly Controversial Black British Doctor, Professor Joseph Chikelue Obi, the New Independent Medical Regulatory Organization is called the Medical Licensing Commission (MLC); and lawfully aims to become a Global Medical Regulatory Body by opening up it’s membership to Medical Graduates from all over the World.
