The National Exercise and Sports Trainers Association Releases a Breakthrough Yoga Certification for Personal Trainers

As more fitness professionals are looking for areas of specialization, NESTA offers a comprehensive Sport Yoga program.

Rancho Santa Margarita, CA (PRnine – October 28, 2008) – Along with a myriad of continued education units provided by NESTA, an NCCA accredited certifying body, the new Sport Yoga program is now available for certified personal fitness trainers.

Sport Yoga is a comprehensive home study program for personal trainers wishing to become specialized in yoga. Sport Yoga is based primarily in Hatha yoga but also integrates traditional sports stretching, Pilates mat exercises, and martial arts warm up.
