How do you accept payment?

Currently all of our payments are processed through PayPal. You do not need an account with PayPal in order to pay us. When you are checking out via PayPal you will see “Pay With Credit Card or Log In.” To pay with your credit card, just fill out the form and click “Review Order”.

We selected PayPal as our payment processor in an effort to simplify paying for our customers. PayPal offers easy account management, a secure ordering process, and additional dispute resolution services. We feel that PayPal is the best payment solution for our customers.

What is your refund policy?

You may ask for a refund for any reason as long as your press release has not been distributed or published on our website. We will not issue any refunds for any reason on a press release that has been already distributed or published on the PRnine website.

For press release writing, we will issue a refund up until we have initiated writing.  Once we have begun to write your press release no refunds will be given.

We will, however, issue refunds if we feel your press release is inappropriate for distribution or if we feel that we would not be able to successfully distribute or write your press release.  We are not interested in simply taking money and doing a bad job, so if we feel that there is little chance of success for your press release we’ll issue you a full refund.  You will be notified of this decision via email and a refund will be issued within 24 hours of the email.

Can I get a receipt or invoice?

Absolutely! Please use our contact form and request a receipt from us. We can provide you a receipt/invoice from PayPal in Adobe PDF format.
